Heather Watkins is the founder of Best Health Wellness, dedicated to bringing health and wellness to employees—whether at work, at home, or on the road. She has built a team of passionate professionals committed to integrating wellness into the workplace, helping employees achieve healthier lifestyles with practical, sustainable solutions.
Since the 1990s, Heather has worked with a diverse range of clients, from fitness enthusiasts to picky eaters and plant-based individuals, crafting personalized nutrition plans that deliver lasting results. With decades of experience in guiding individuals through their unique dietary needs, she ensures that health and wellness fit seamlessly into their daily lives.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Health and Wellness with a concentration in Exercise Science from Ithaca College. After relocating to North Carolina, she continued expanding her expertise, earning certifications as a Certified Nutrition Specialist through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition, a GLP-1 Nutrition Specialist, and additional credentials in Emotional Eating and Hormonal Health.

Dr. Aislinn Rennison, DACM, L.Ac., is a board-certified Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She blends integrative and evidence-based medicine to provide comprehensive, individualized care that treats the body as a whole. With a deep commitment to holistic healing, Dr. Rennison creates customized treatment plans to support each patient’s unique health journey.
She is passionate about helping patients achieve long-term wellness through compassionate, respectful care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
