Nutrition Nerd | Cardio-Recovery Advocate | Food-Loving Fitness Junkie

I’ve been studying exercise, nutrition, and wellness since the late 80s—back when low-fat everything and endless cardio ruled the fitness world. If you were raised on “eat less, move more” and 1,200-calorie meal plans, I see you—because I was you.

But here’s the truth I’ve learned (and lived): you don’t need more restriction—you need better fuel, smarter movement, and a mindset that supports you, not punishes you.

After earning my Bachelor’s in Corporate Health & Wellness with a focus on Exercise Science, I’ve spent the last 25+ years applying the real science of sustainable fat loss, strength building, hormonal health, and habit change.

I’m a Certified Nutrition Specialist, NASM Nutrition Coach, and a specialist in GLP-1 support, emotional eating, and hormone health.

More importantly?

I’m a foodie, a fitness junkie, and your go-to for breaking up with diet culture for good with over 25 years of helping my clients get a real handle on their health, no matter where live takes them!
