As part of the Best Health Wellness Cardio Program, this guide will help you set up your heart rate monitor and explore the features of your dashboard.

  • To start, you’ll need:

    1. Access to a Computer or Smartphone: Use your computer or smartphone to log in to the dashboard via the app or website.

      • Download the App: If you have a smartphone, search for “MyNuvita” in your app store and log in with your credentials.

    2. A Nuvita HR Monitor:

      • This Bluetooth-enabled device tracks your heart rate during workouts, helping you analyze your progress and reach your goals.

  • Step 1: Download the Best Health Wellness App

    • Open your phone’s app store and search for the Nuvita(different from the MyNuvita app). Download and install it.

    Step 2: Enable Bluetooth

    • Go to your phone’s settings and turn on Bluetooth, but don’t pair the monitor here. The app will handle the pairing process.

    Step 3: Prepare the HR Monitor

    • Wet the electrodes on the monitor with water.

    • Strap the monitor snugly around your chest, just below your breastbone, with the Nuvita logo upright and secure.

    Step 4: Open the Nuvita App

    • Log in with your Nuvita credentials provided in your Welcome Email.

    Step 5: Pair the Monitor

    • Stay at least 40 feet away from other monitors during pairing.

    • Open the app, follow the on-screen instructions, and tap “Connect”to pair your monitor. A success message will confirm the pairing.

    Step 6: Record Your First Workout

    • Once paired, your heart rate will display in the app. Tap “Start” to begin tracking your workout.

    Step 7: Save Your Workout

    • When done, tap “Pause” and then “Stop” in the app. Tap “Save Session” to log your workout.

    Congratulations! You’ve completed your first session with the Nuvita App.

  • Your profile is your central hub for tracking progress, interacting with your coach, and staying motivated. 

    Dashboard Features:

    • Program Progress: Monitor your weekly goals and overall program completion percentage. Aim for at least 70% progress weekly to maximize results.
