What kind of programs do you offer?

I offer personalized health and nutrition coaching focused on body recomposition, metabolic reset, sustainable fat loss, and balanced strength + nutrition habits. What is a metabolic reset?

A metabolic reset focuses on restoring your metabolism, not wrecking it with restriction. We do this through proper fueling (not under-eating), strength training, balanced macros, stress management, and blood sugar control—so your body learns to burn fat efficiently again.

What is body recomposition?

Body recomposition is the process of losing fat and building muscle at the same time. Instead of just focusing on the scale, we look at how your clothes fit, your strength improves, and your body changes shape as lean muscle increases and fat decreases.

How do we work together?

All coaching is by appointment only and completely personalized. We meet for weekly check-ins (calls or video) to review progress, adjust your plan, and answer any questions. You’ll have access to custom meal plans, macro targets, workout routines, and ongoing support between sessions.
